Swim Team/Booster Club Dues:

Team Swim Dues for the 2011/2012 Season

$400.00 for the swim season (August-February); discounts if applicable are below.

NOTE: team gear (none of which is required) is a separate fee per your family's budget. We strongly recommend your investment in the team suit, and if possible, the team shirt.

Discounts:

• Multiple swimmer discount: 25% off each swimmer after you pay full price for the first swimmer
• Board member discount: 100% off first swimmer, full price for the second swimmer and 25% of each additional swimmer
• Chair member discount: 50% off first swimmer, full price for the second swimmer, and 25% of each additional swimmer
  

Other Fees:

• $150 per swimmer to ride the bus TO swim practice afterschool on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday. YOU (or a designated carpool buddy) will be responsible for making sure your child gets to the bus and picking your child up from the pool after practice at 5pm.
• $500.00 volunteer fee (ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DO YOUR REQUIRED 50 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE FOR THE TEAM). You can pay this any time if you feel you will not be able to fulfill that obligation.  You pay only the portion of hours that remain unfulfilled by volunteer work.
  

How to Pay:

Please calculate the total amount owed and pay via one of the options below (if you need help, contact Annette Vega, treasurer, at efslsealionstreasurer@googlemail.com to calculate for you):

• Option 1: Fill out the registration form on the website (www.heidelbergsealions.com) and write a check (payable to “Heidelberg Sea Lions”) and either turn it in with your registration paperwork or mail directly to: Annette Vega, CMR 432 Box 007, APO, AE 09081. Annette will email you when received.
• Option 2: Same option as above but pay in cash (instead of check) and you must bring to registration or contact Annette Vega, Treasurer, to set up a time to drop off the cash. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL THE CASH!
• Option 3: Email Annette Vega and request an invoice to be sent via PayPal and pay using PayPal (note: PayPal is free if you pay with your checking account; if you pay with credit card, there is a small fee that you will be responsible for paying)
  

Payment Options:

1. You can pay in full by the deadline (August 29, 2011)
2. You can pay in 3 installments. Deadlines are: August 29, 2011 (1/3 of total price due), Sep 29,  2011, (1/3 of total price due) and Oct 29, 2011 (1/3 of total price due).

Other Expenses:

• Some of our swim meets are in locations that require overnight stays. If you choose to attend those meets, your family is required to pay for their own travel costs. (A bus may be provided for some meets.)
• Each swimmer needs goggles and fins, which may be purchased from the swim shop.
• Each swimmer must wear appropriate practice suits approved by the coach.
