Thank you for a fantastic season! Our remaining Meet for the 2011 - 2012 EFSL Swim Season is Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 February at Eindhoven: "Champs" Individual Championships
Swimmers: please be sure to have your events written on your arms prior to arriving at a meet. And before you leave from a meet, it is important that you do not leave without checking with your coach before you go -- changes to relay rosters may mean you have another event to swim.
Also, please remember to speak with your coach before and after every event. It is our best opportunity to give you last minute tips before a race and to give immediate feedback after a race!
Congratulations to all Heidelberg Sea Lions for an amazing performance at the 2011-2012 Divisional Championships in Kaiserslautern, held 28 Janaury 2012! Not only was there an overwhelming number of season best times for each swimmer, but this also resulted in many new Champs-qualifying times!

Our team consists of swimmers in the Heidelberg/Mannheim military communities in Germany. We are affiliated with the European Forces Swim League (EFSL) and compete with teams throughout Europe. The season extends from August through the Championship meet in February of each year.
We compete in accordance with USA Swimming rules. The Sea Lions Swim Team is open to any family member of the Heidelberg/Mannheim military communities between the ages of 6 and 19, who can demonstrate basic competitive swimming skills. The team contracts experienced swim coaches to ensure a quality program.
Our Objectives:
- Improve individual swimmer skills.
- Emphasize good sportsmanship and cooperative spirit.
- Provide a competitive swim team program.
- Instill personal and team pride.
